Warranty Coverage
Premium & Custom Shade Sail Range
Workmanship Warranty:
- All shade sails are covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty, covering stitching and webbing.
Fabric Warranty:
- The shade cloth includes a 10-year UV warranty, provided directly by the fabric manufacturer.
Warranty Exclusions
The 2-year workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect Installation – Shade sails must be firm and tight to prevent wind flap. Loose sails can lead to premature failure due to mechanical breakdown, which is not covered under warranty.
- Chemical Damage – Spills or cleaning with harsh chemicals can damage the fabric and are not covered.
- Environmental & External Damage – This includes damage caused by storms, hail, earthquakes, fire, lightning, vandalism, misuse, or animals.
