Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are only provided if the return is due to a manufacturing error or if the item was damaged in transit.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning goods for warranty assessment.
Goods Damaged in Transit
- If your order is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge.
- Check the package before signing—once signed for, it is presumed to have arrived in good condition.
- You must return the damaged goods to us for assessment before a replacement can be issued.
- Report damage within 48 hours by emailing us with a description and photos of the damaged item.
How Refunds Are Processed
- If a refund is approved, we will arrange a direct deposit into your bank account.
Returning Goods
- Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, including a copy of the invoice.
