Shipping Information

• Delivery Methods: Orders are dispatched via Australia Post (Parcel Post service) or Mainfreight Transport.
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to customers upon dispatch.
• Delivery Times: Custom shade sails are typically shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation.

Returns & Warranty

• Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please email Direct Shade Sails within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the damage. Damaged items will be replaced free of charge.
• Returns Process: Customers are responsible for returning goods for warranty assessment. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with a copy of the invoice.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the return is due to a manufacturing error or if the item was damaged in transit. Refunds are processed via direct deposit.
• Order Cancellations: Amendments or cancellations are accepted only before the goods enter the manufacturing stage.
