Return Policy
Direct Shade Sails will only refund costs if the return is a result of our manufacturing error or the item is damaged in transit.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of returning goods to Direct Shade Sails for warranty assessment
Goods damaged in transit
If your goods are damaged in transit, we will replace your order free of charge.
It is your responsibility to check the package prior to signing. Once the package has been signed for it is presumed that the order has arrived in good condition.
You will need to return the damaged goods to us for assessment before we can issue a replacement.
If your order is damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your goods, advising of your reason for return. It is also recommended to email photos of the damaged goods.
Method of refunds
Direct Shade Sails will arrange with you to direct deposit funds into your bank account.
Returning goods
Return the product in its original condition in the original packaging including a copy of the invoice.
